This lesson shows the students through a video found in the purple and blue clouds, how to split the screen so the students can play the virtual instrument while reading the music on the screen. When they click the microphone in Seesaw, it will only record them performing the song. At this time, since you cannot embed the site into the Seesaw activity (this could change in the future), you will not be able to see their virtual instrument play while they record their performance. The only that can happen is if the students use a screen recording tool like Loom, Screencastify, or the iPad's built-in screen recording tool. Since this activity is for younger elementary, your remote learners will need help when splitting the screen, which is why there are videos to show how to do this.
