Student Instructions
Winter break is a great opportunity for you to re-examine your fitness goals. You need to identify three to five things that you can do to help achieve your fitness goals while on break. You will document your activities, and hopefully through this process find a way to maintain your participation even when school is back in session. In a paragraph or more please describe your fitness plan for the next three weeks. Please include activities, health related fitness components, who, where and what equipment you will need.
