Student Instructions
1. On page 1, use the 
link to listen to the story 'Summer Birds: the Butterflies of Maria Merian'. Then 
move the pictures into the correct order. Finally, 
record your voice re-telling the story.
2. On page 2, use the to draw a butterfly on paper. Then watch the other video to learn about butterflies. Write facts around your picture.

3. On page 3, complete the lifecycle of the butterfly by moving the pictures.
4. On page 4, create a symmetrical butterfly using the 
shapes.
5. On page 5, take photographs of plants or animals you find interesting. 
Write the name of your discovery underneath the picture.
6. On page 6, move the words to label the picture of a butterfly.
