Did you know that many residents at our local Life Care Centers have been confined to their rooms during the Covid-19 outbreak? Can you image how these folks must be feeling? Let's try to brighten their day a little with a beautiful and "Heartfelt" interactive heart they can put in their rooms to enjoy! Click on the photo icon then select upload Navigate to your heart and upload the image to Seesaw. 4. Select a complimentary background color. Click on the icon below the photo . 5. Add a text box and type in Just For You! Use the same font; make sure your text box is transparent. 6. Using Vocoroo, make a voice recording of yourself reading a positive quote and/or encouraging statement. 7. You are much more creative than I am, but if you get stuck here are some examples of things you could say: 🌟 Hello! Hope you have a great day! 🌟 Just checking in to let you know someone is thinking about you! 🌟 It's a good day to have a good day! 🌟 Keep positive thoughts all around you! 🌟 Smile! Someone is thinking about you today! 8. When you have finished your Vocoroo recording, click on QR Code then Snip it and save it to your pictures folder. 9. For those of you who like a challenge, make this a video recording; then generate a QR Code, snip, and save. 10. upload your QR Code and place right under the title Just For You! 11. Add another text box and type in Created By followed by your first name and grade level. The second line will be the name of your school. Use the same font and make sure your text box is transparent. 12. When you think you are finished, click on check. I will print and mail these! WELL DONE KIDS! Feel free to duplicate this activity and send a big THANK YOU to all our Essential Workers!!
