This activity was designed for use with Year 5 pupils in the UK studying space. To start the lesson (in person learning) they are asked to make a small model of the Earth using a bit of playdoh or blutack. We have a look at our Earth's and I pick a couple samples to show the class. How do they know the Earth is that shape? We then discuss the evidence they are aware of and I introduce evidence which is new to them. After this they complete this Seesaw activity.
