Student Instructions

Anti-bullying week is a great time to focus on kindness. As we have talked about, sometimes, one kind word to others can make a big difference. Think about what you can do to be a little bit more kind to others. Can you complete three random acts of kindness over the next week? Look at the pages attached for ideas or come up with ideas of your own. Could you perform an act of kindness for a brother or sister? Could you perform a random act of kindness for a parent or another adult that you know well? Could you perform an act of kindness for someone at school? Once you have completed your three acts of kindness, upload a short video of yourself, explaining what you did for others. Your video should be no more than three minutes long.
