We have been working on using adjectives to enhance our writing. For this week's reading log, you are going to be searching for amazing adjectives! Follow the directions below: 1. Choose any good-fit book to read for 20 minutes every night. 2. Make a list of all the adjective you find as you read. 3. Take a picture of one page of your book where the author uses 1 sentence with an amazing adjective and 1 sentence that needs an amazing adjective. 4. Edit your photo by drawing a circle around each sentence (use different colors). 5. Add one text box and write the amazing adjective in it. 6. Add another text box and put the other sentence in it, but add an amazing adjective to it! 7. Add one more text box and put the total number of adjectives you found. 8. Put the title and author of your book in the caption. 9. Finally, put your list of all the amazing adjectives into your writing folder so you can reference it when you are writing!
