Student Instructions
We can use these colour-coded cue cards to ‘show’ how a sentence is made up. Each colour card represents a word or part of the sentence.
Orange = WHO : a person or thing
Yellow = WHAT DOING : an action
Green = WHAT : an object
Blue = WHERE : a place
Learning Intention: We are learning to write a sentence using WHO, WHAT DOING, WHAT, WHERE
Success Criteria:
I can:
- identify the parts of my sentence
- order my sentence using WHO, WHAT DOING, WHAT, WHERE
- read my sentence to check
Independent activity:
