Student Instructions

1. Click add 2. On pages 1 and 2, click to the next page to begin learning the tonal pattern.​ 3. Listen first and then record with the mic. 4. Click to listen to the song. 5. Listen and dance on your knees or sit and crouch down. 6. Use the boomwhackers to play this bass line.​ 7. Listen and dance by standing or sitting with your knees together. 8. Use the boomwhackers to practice and perform the melody.​ 9. Listen and dance with one leg curved as a bow with that leg’s foot resting on the other leg’s knee. Or sit with one arm curved resting on their hip. 10. Use the boomwhackers again or use your own recorder/xylophone to practice and perform the melody.​ 11. Listen while dancing with your legs crossed while standing or sit and cross your arms. 12. Practice this rhythm pattern. Click to hear how it is performed.​ 13. and 14. Practice the triangle part. 15. Listen to the percussion parts. Did you perform it correctly on pages 12-14? 16. Grab an instrument, or sing, or dance along with the play-along video!​
