Student Instructions

in the picture to the left for a yoga practice with mascotas.
2. As you practice the yoga poses in the video, learn the poses for the perro, gato & serpiente (cobra).
3. Click on

4. Create your own yoga sequence in Spanish using the perro, gato & serpiente. Be certain to say the pose in Spanish (serpiente, gato, perro).
5. Click the 
to record your video.
6. Click on GREEN button to start recording. Don't forget to use Spanish and SMILE!
