This reflective activity encourages learners to recognise and celebrate success (glow) while identifying next steps for improvement (grow). It develops the idea of self-awareness and a growth mindset. Supporting Learners: - Model an example using your own learning: GLOW: I remembered to use capital letters in my sentence. GROW: Next time, I want to use more WOW words in my sentence - Offer visual supports or sentence starters - Encourage pupils to choose only 1 key idea for each section to keep reflections focused and meaningful Focus mode is enabled
