Explore the work of Spanish artist Pablo Picasso (1881-1973). Considered one of the greatest artists of the 20th century, Picasso is one of the co-creators of the artistic style of cubism. An example from his cubist period is included here along with multiple examples from his later work, which consisted of simpler line drawings. Though these drawings appear child-like at first glance, they demonstrate an ability to capture an idea with just a few lines. 1. Tap link to visit the interactive Doodle Picasso activity. 2.
