Have a read through the first few pages to learn what fossils are and how they are formed Then have a go at completing the comic strip to help you understand the process of fossilisation. Optionally, if you have the materials available at home you could always try making your own fossils too - There are a few different ways so you will need to think carefully about what you have at home, the help you might need and the time you have to do it.
