Student Instructions

Explore the online art museum for artworks that tell a story. After finding a culturally significant artwork, brainstorm about the possible events and characters the image illustrates. Then write from the point of view of one of the characters in the image (third-person), sharing the character's thoughts and feelings, describing the events that led up to the picture, or imagining the events that followed. There should be around 500 to 800 words in the narrative.
