Practicing gratitude may increase a person's overall well being. The practice of gratitude creates resilience to ups and downs of life, strengthens relationships, and helps us "see" the good in ourselves and others. In this activity, students will practice what it feels like to think about the good someone brings into our lives. Then, write a gratitude letter to that person they care about. It helps students remember why they care so much about that person and it gives the recipient something positive and good to hold onto as well.
