Click to start the activity. In this activity you will determine the slope of the line on a graph. On slide 1, you will find me explaining the definition of slope and the formula that we use to measure slope. On slides 2-5, you will find a video example of me modeling how to find the slope of the line on a graph and then you will be asked to do the next problem on the slide. We will continue this I do, You do model until all the slides are completed and we have mastered this skill. I would highly recommend that you use the same color coding that you see me using when writing the slope. It's helpful to stay consistent in color coding the rise/change in y by using orange and color coding the run/change in x by using blue. Please use the or tool to complete each slide.
