Let's practice gratitude to the earth with a few minutes of mindful movements! 1. You can do this activity inside or outside! 2. Click the to watch the video and enjoy some movement with Tanuka! 3. If you're inside and it's possible, go outside and find 5 things you are grateful for. 4. Then, click and upload or to complete the journal prompts. Otherwise, complete your mindful journal pages right where you are! 4. Click when complete. Bonus challenge: Find one thing about the earth that you are grateful for each day.
There are many benefits to getting outside in nature, moving the body and creating a gratitude practice. Practicing all three together can create a higher state of happiness, positive emotions, help one focus their attention, manage stress and improve one's overall health.
