Student Instructions
Mary will guide you through a visualization of different color balloons floating through the sky. With each balloon, you will repeat an affirmation, or positive kind message to yourself. Thinking positive thoughts and sending love and kindness to oneself promotes positive thought patterns and boosts self-confidence.
1. Click the link to join Mary for an affirmation balloon visualization.
2. Click
to add your response to the Mindful Journal pages.
3. On the first page, use the
Seesaw tools to create your very own Peaceful Place.
4. Go to the second page and use the

tools to put a positive message/affirmation in each balloon.
5. Then, choose a person to send each kind message to. Write
or record
who your messages are going to under each balloon.
6. For each balloon, take a deep breath and then visualize blowing the balloons through the sky to the person you've chosen to send it to.
7. Any time you need some peace or positivity, you can visualize your peaceful place and send positive affirmations to yourself or to others!
8. When you're finished, click
to submit your activity and go back to
Seesaw.
