Using Your Senses: The Power of Observation Use your keen sense of observation and sight to find heart shapes outdoors or in. Our senses can help bring our body and mind into the present moment, and help us feel more calm and peaceful. 1. Decide if you're hunting for hearts inside or outside. 2. Grab your device to take or use paper and pen to record the objects found. 3. Set a timer for 10 minutes 4. Search for as many objects as you can. Look closely and use your creativity to “see” the hearts all around you. 5. If you’re having a hard time finding hearts, create your own out of rocks, sticks, Legos or other materials. 6.
